Btw, few days back, i heard that i received a customer complaint. My thought came in, the incident happened on april 12, now the customer sent a complaint email to vicki, strange sia. If my service will to be so bad, why didn't you tell me off at counter on that day itself? Why do you have to wait till june, recently, then sent an email to vicki?? Working KKH is seriosuly a totally hell. I can't resist myself to leave but i can't bear to do so...):
